Bid packages and bidding instructions can be viewed and downloaded, and
all items offered for sale may be viewed here.
Items may be viewed in person by appointment only by calling 232-3604 between
the hours of 9:00 a. m. and 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment. Bid packages with bidding
instructions can also be picked up at the Geneva Township Office, 2202
Gary Lane, Geneva, Illinois 60134. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BID FORM
MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED. Failure to comply with bid instructions may
disqualify a bid.
Sealed bids shall be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on August 26th, 2005 at the
Geneva Township Office, 2202 Gary Lane, Geneva, Illinois 60134. Any bid
received after that time shall be disqualified. All bids shall be opened
at a continued regular meeting of the Geneva Township Board on August 27th,
2005 at 8:00 a.m. Successful bidders must remove their property no later
than 4:00 p.m., September 2, 2005. Pursuant to law, Geneva Township and
the Geneva Township Highway Commissioner may reject any and all bids for
any reason.
